F This: We All Have the Same 24 Hours

Oh really? We all have the same 24 hours?

Then explain why I’m dragging myself through molasses while someone else is running a half marathon before breakfast and writing a memoir on their lunch break.

Let me say it loud for the people in the back:

The “same 24 hours” myth is a lie.
Especially if you’re living in a body with shifting hormones, unpredictable energy, and a nervous system that’s been in survival mode since 2020.

Here’s what “24 hours” really looks like for many of us:

🕒 You wake up already tired - you are not lazy, but fried
🕒 You run on caffeine and willpower until the crash hits
🕒 You push through the crash because... capitalism
🕒 You end the day with brain fog, cravings, and guilt
🕒 You beat yourself up for not doing more…again

Sound familiar?

It’s not a motivation issue. It’s not a time management issue.

It’s a cortisol and insulin issue.
It’s a burnout and hormone dysregulation issue.
It’s a stop expecting your body to act like a robot issue.

Perimenopause, painful periods, PMS spirals aren’t just monthly inconveniences. They shift how your body metabolizes stress, food, and energy.

And yet… we’re still told to hustle harder.
To track more. Plan better. Wake up earlier.
As if another planner is going to fix your hormone crash at 2PM.

Spoiler: it won’t.

What will?
→ Rethinking how your body actually works.
→ Honoring your biological rhythms.
→ Ditching the hustle narrative for real support.

If you’re burned out, bloated, or bursting into tears for reasons you can’t quite name - let’s talk.

You can stop pretending your symptoms are normal.
You can stop measuring your worth by how much you check off your to-do list.
